Is a 15 year old (teenager) in between life as a adult and kid?

Norepinephrine is a cranial chemical that produces the mind with a sense of peace, concentration, and general wisdom/awareness of the world around them. This is often why teenagers are made out to be "know-it-all's" by older generations; they can't physically help it. When their minds are more concentrated than any other demographic, it's almost simple to say that teens are mentally the "oldest" and wisest generation alive.
