    I would make abortion illegal except in the cases of rape, incest or serious health issues to the mother. All other cases, the father of the baby should be notified, with the possibility of the father or the father's family raise the baby.

    Illegal with exemptions due to health of the mother or in cases of very severe birth defects. Abortion should NEVER BE USED AS A FORM OF BIRTH CONTROL!!!
