Go to your local library. Writers digest's back issues always have one focusing on agents, check through the back issues.

Or walk over to their reference section, locate a book called Writers Market 2020 and turn to the agent section.

They are all over, just google it. But the hard part is finding one to represent you.

If you're serious, no, you don't need a literary agent.  You need English classes.
