Jesus referred to ritual cleansing. He was not talking about washing your hands if they were covered in dirt or grime. He was not against washing your hands.

Sickness, disease, affliction, and oppression come from Satan and the demons. They could not affect Yeshua or His disciples.

it was customary to wash hands, there was a law and a custom to have clean hands.

and in fact a good majority of the flu virus and colds can be transmitted through hands shakes and door knobs. however, with a strong healthy immune system for those that do keep the biblical diet i would suggest that there was not so much disease except for other bad practices. God promises health to those that Keep his commandments and He also said that he would curse them if they did not.

invert this to our day, and its the buffetings of the minions of satan and satanic attacks that make us sick IF we dont live worthily of the Holy Ghost

They were Jews, and even back then, Jews believe in washing their hands before eating.

Assuming that the Last Supper was a Passover Seder, Jews wash their hands TWICE before eating, as part of the ritual.

Of course not, germs were discovered in the 19th century.

These uncivilized 1st century Jews washed only for ritual (religious) purposes. I don't know how some Romans could be around those savages.
