How do I balance out working out different muscle groups?

ok so I just started getting back into the routine of working out however, I am not sure how to balance out which muscle groups to workout. For example

should I say on Mondays & Wednesdays workout only back and bicep workouts and cardio

and then on the other days do core legs  and any other muscle groups?

Please if anyone could help me on this I would greatly appreciate it thank you again for your help and advice.

Sincerely,

Michael

In my opinion, this is what you should do:

Monday: push (pushing exercises), core and cardio.

Tuesday: rest or cardio and abs,

    Wednesday: legs core and cardio

Thursday: rest or cardio and abs

Friday: pull (pulling exercises), cardio and core

    Saturday: cardio

    Sunday: rest no matter what...

This workout routine gave me a 455 lbs bench, 585 lbs squat, 365 lbs clean and a 215 lbs weighted pull up. As well as a 35 lbs weighted one arm pull up at 205 lbs. 7% body fat. No steroids either.

    Several ways to do it.

    Push/pull/legs split.

Back and bis/chest and tris/legs/shoulders split

    upper/lower split
