Can I mail beans?

If i had the proper stamps and all that, could i mail loose cooked beans in an envelope? Can the mail office legally reject my letter if everything is legit?

Loose in an envelope? no, can't do that.

Loose cooked beans will destroy the envelope before the post office has a chance to decide.

Note: The postal service can legally refuse ANYTHING, legit or not.

You can ship beans (if that's what you're really shipping) but it may look suspicious in a plain envelop. It would be better if you shipped the beans in a small box.

Beans are too thick to place in an envelope. You could send them via parcel post, though.
