No other at all in my opinion

This isn't a gender thing but rather one of mutual assault. Yes, public servants are supposed to be polite and just take whatever their unruly clients are dishing out (and this bus driver clearly just destroyed his career). But had the passenger who hit him first been male I don't think the outcome would have been any different.

And if there wasn't video evidence,  it would have been a "he said,  she said" situation,  and he would have been charged with assault because her injuries would be considered worse because he hit her back.

Whatever the man did is right.

I like how she went from a tough a_ss that could take him on herself to threatening to have her man beat him up. So basically the punch took her from a feminist empowered woman that thought she could take on a man to an overaggressive traditional woman that thinks her man will go around beating people up for her. Good stuff. 

I have watched Judge Judy and whoever does the first hit is in the wrong.
