Muscle sore to touch after a massage? Good or bad?
I suffer badly from knots in my back and I got a massage three days ago, the muscle felt sore to touch after as it was very tender but I usually find once it goes down my muscles arent as tight anymore is this normal?

Very normal. Did you drink lots of water after your massage to get rid of the toxins? You may need to apply heat to help the muscles relax.

That's very normal, if you had deep tissue massage to break up those knots, it'll be sore for a bit afterwards. If it's severe or lasts much longer, talk to the massage therapist before they work on you again and ask that they slow down and take more time on the tissue or utilize heat to help warm up the muscle for deep tissue work.
