how many multivitamin can i take a day?
i got the rainbow light performance energy for men is a multivitamin and says on there take 4 a day but i want to take 2 a day will that be okay if i take it everyday and reason i take these are due to me not eating properly or have to go work and not much time to eat so can i take these to keep my health up and help my body function normal also take it for my sexual health aswell i dont want to have for than two vitamins a day might be too much for me so will that be alright. thnx
