What if I'm a girl and I accidentally KILL someone because of self defense. Am I going to jail?

    That's true! gender doesn't matter in law the most important is the true story behind.

    Personal Answer: But if I kill someone it is only self defense! and not personal thing like anger or whatever

    Then you don't need to hide and seek .... Whatever the police ask you don't feel guilty If you did nothing wrong! I'm sure the truth will always set us FREE!

    "accidentally kill " and "self defense" are 2 dfifferent scenarios.

    Even an Accident can be neg Hoimicide.in n Either case, you Will do some jail time. If clear cut self defense. will be released.

    If an "accident" definitely big hearing, held maybe months until trial.Bail  will be high, you might not be able to pay it.

    I'm innocent af and I can't kill anyone by anger maybe hurt them .. but kill is not my intention. If they died it will be because they are killer too and someone of thier other enemy kill them

    Being a girl is irrelevant.

    Assuming you can prove self-defense, you should be found not guilty at trial.

    More than likely, you WILL spend some time in jail pending an initial hearing where bail can be set. Most cases of self defense are not sufficiently clear to avoid being arrested entirely.

  • If your GAY, LESBIAN, TRANSGENDER LGBTQ You are not excepted in the LAW! Whats illegal is illegal
