Can an employer threaten to take away my company health insurance during this pandemic if I don't return back to work?

    Yes, of course. If you're not working there, the have no reason to continue to pay for your insurance.

    If you are refusing to return to work then basically you are quitting so you can be sure the employer will remove all and any benefits you get when working

    If you don't work, then they have no obligation to continue your employment or insurance.

    If you're not employed by them anymore, why should they pay for your health insurance?
