I have not idea what happened that cause your mother to see you naked. That's not something normal men or mothers want but if it's accidental or an emergency, you just forget about it. But I strongly believe this is a very strange fantasy.

There is no shame in being seen naked like that by your mom.
It's unfortunate that your clothing was contaminated and you needed to be naked for examination and observation, but good to know that you had the immediate support of your mother.
