How to stop caring and being sensitive to others?

Going through breakup atm. Always feel like worse one off as am lonely. Tried everything. Even doing distractions/diff hobbies I can't enjoy and lose focus. Always have been sensitive and can't find anyone similar

    I'd say you will become less sensitive with age.
