Adding 4 scoop of sugar in the pan making sweet potatos more tastier? ?

Yeas I do it !!!! first I let potatos cook in hot boiling water and cover it for 30 minutes and When sweet potatos are soft I add some 4 scoop of sugar in the other pan and let it melt and put all potatos that I smashed and mix it all together but I add some more melted sugar in the top of my plate! warnings: Just be careful Don't burn the brown sugar and sweet potatos are fragile when it's already cooked.
