My vape battery won’t fully charge?

I plugged it up and the light is red for about 20-30 seconds and then the light goes away completely. I tried a different, new charger I just brought and still the same thing. What’s going on?

    It won't fully charge, and you've tried a new charger....

    What else could it possibly be....?

    It has a bad clutch, make sure you get it's flywheel machined.

    maybe you shouldnt vape , its not good for you
