Nagging ankle injury? any idea what this is?
Twisted my ankle when i was 16, never fully recovered. doctors couldnt figure out the issue. the inside of my ankle seems to swell when i use the ball of my foot frequently. any idea as to what this could possibly be?

Occasionally, a scan will reveal a chunk of bone that sheared off the talus and did not heal properly in place. It is called Osteochondritis dessicans.
It takes a good Orthopedic provider to look for it and a sharp radiologist to see it.
