I'm not Asian or claiming to be an expert but I have made a lot of fried rice over the years, some great and some not so great. This looks okay and you have to work with what you have but don't limit yourself to frozen peas & carrots just because it's what the take-out place sells. Best tip I could give to anyone about making fried rice - it 100% turns out better if the rice is pre-cooked and cold, then sprinkled into the pan by hand... and don't be shy with the oil, you're not using as much as you think, my fried rice got markably better when I started keeping my olive oil in a squirt bottle and applying it in that manner.

All depends on how it tastes - I have failed every time trying to make a Chinese restaurant quality fried rice......close but never as good.
Yours looks good!

How is it fried? Where's the crispy bits?
Why is there still white rice showing? Seems undermixed.
Boiled rice with some soy sauce and maybe some frozen peas and carrots were added to it.
Doesn't look like you invested much into that at all.

The rice must be of good quality and so must the olive oil.
Heat the olive oil well and fry the rice until it becomes transparent, then it is ready
