What exactly is advanced engineering mathematics? Do math majors have to take this class/course in college?

Or it's only required to take for engineering majors at college?

That depends entirely on the school.  Some schools might require students in several different majors to take that course, while others might only require it of engineering students.  You can easily look up major requirements online.  Also, there might be several schools that offer a course by that name, but the actual details and content of the course may very well vary.

It depends on the school. If there is a program you are interested in just look at the degree plan and it will have all of the classes needed to complete the degree.

What math major? Accounting. Statistics, Applied Mathematics.

Just by the name of it I think you could assume it for engineering majors only.
