Every time we argue he goes and run to call and tell her our business... even though I have expressed many many times that I’m not comfortable with their friendship. At this point I think he is doing it to hurt  me because we are arguing ...what really bother me is that he chooses to have a connection with her instead of me ....  I have asked him to introduce us , he have said he will but that had never happened ... should I let that go or move on with him ?

You should neither "let that go" nor "move on with him". You need to move on FROM him, because he's still got unfinished business with his ex (whom one suspects he'll reconcile with as soon as you break up with him).

You should put an ultimatum. If it'll wont work you need to immediately stop such relations.
