Can I sue meps?

I went in for my physical yesterday! She told me I had scoliosis and I have to wait another 2 weeks for a consult I decided to go the chiropractor today to see if I have it the chiropractor told me he was surprised they told me that. he did the same workouts the meps doctor made me do and he gave me a X-ray and I don’t have scoliosis. NO signs of scoliosis throughout any of my back. I’m upset because now this changed my mos and ship out date can I sue the doctor at meps for not doing her job properly

Of course you can.  This is ALL you need to do.  You need to obtain copies of the results of both physicals.  You need to have those reports reviewed by a third Physician who must agree that "she" gave a false diagnosis.  You then sue the first Physician ("she") for making a medical error - misdiagnosis - which has harmed you financially.  You show proof of that financial harm.

You then find ANOTHER Physician who is willing to testify against the first Physician ("she").

It is not the least bit unusual for a Physician to make a potential diagnosis and then require x-rays or other tests to confirm that diagnosis.  I presume that's the reason for "wait another 2 weeks."

Again, you prove that that potential diagnosis AND the two week wait have damaged you financially.  ALL medical malpractice suits are for financial damages.
