Is it ok to have intercourse with someone who won’t divorce?
She tells me she can’t be bothered to get a divorce because of all of the paper work etc
Prior to this she was about to divorce until her husband wouldn’t sign the paper work
She definitely finished with her husband though.
Is it ok the see her and have sex etc?
Ps She said she’d go for divorce if she finds the right person.
She said she broke up with him and while never wishing to slate him, she said he only lasted 60 seconds in bed.
It’s just she can’t be bothered to do the paper work and go through the whole process until she’s settled with the right guy. That’s her argument ...
It is wrong for me to see her and have intercourse? Some people tell me it’s ok but other dont. The majority who say it is ok or isn’t on here will help me decide

If she's your own wife it's to be expected in fact.

Confusing isn't it....of course its not okay but are you a gay couple because weirdo men usually say yes to easy sex.

While I wouldn't hesitate on having sex with her if she appealed to me, I'd hesitate on considering her for a permanent relationship. Enjoy her while she's around.

She is still married and until she gets a divorce she is off limits to you. And if she has no remorse in cheating on her husband, she will (and probably has) cheat on you too. Find someone that is not married.

You are a fool. My own personal opinion. Keep using her body but don't think that your the only body that she is using.

Divorce can get to be an expensive & really stressful pain in the a*s when an Ex won't cooperate & just be done with it.
So as long as in most Western societies Adultery may be a 'Sin' for religious people but not a Crime for anybody else you might as well just do whatever you want.
But as long as she's inclined to skip the divorce formality & have intercourse anyway if she feels like it, then you might also consider 'Reading between the Lines' if her argument for procrastinating divorce is something as potentially miss-readable "Waiting to meet the Right Guy",,,

If she is NOT divorced -- then she IS still married.
It is wrong to see her and have intercourse. It's not ok.
She could get a divorce if she really wanted a divorce .. no problem.
If she is waiting on the right guy -- hmm .. go figure.

"Right" and "wrong" are moral judgments. What is "right" for you might be "wrong" for me.
So she timed sex with him, that's how you know he lasted 60 seconds? Interesting.
MY BIGGER CONCERN is that you have posted this as both a male and a female. Is this a homosexual relationship? Or did you have a sex change?

I suppose that depends on your personal value system and what you want out of this relationship. Only you can decide whether that's something you want to do, but certainly don't expect she will ever leave her husband and marry you, if that's your end goal. If her husband won't sign divorce papers, I'd guess the marriage is not as over as she would like you to believe. If it was, she'd file the papers and be done with it.
Personally, I would not have sex with someone who was still married- only heartbreak lies that way.

Technically she is still married. She says they're separated, but you've only got her word for that, and cheats have been known to lie...
