Why does the repression of the African American Community come from police instead of black on black violence.?

For every death of an African American by a police officer, 25 deaths by black on black violence. How is the black on black violence not repressing the African American community? Will anything get better for them if they ignore this?

    Does it really matter?

Yes, the whole rebellion against police since George Floyd has been based on a LIE. While the situation with Floyd was somewhat unique due to the personal bias (monetary) involved with Chauvin (Floyd owed him money), other fatal incidents involving unarmed Blacks and police have been very infrequent usually coming down to poor police training in how to deal with potentially dangerous situations, like Wisconsin, not one of "institutional" racism like BLM wants you to believe.

No question, the black community needs to look within and make some changes.  But the part you are ignoring is that while we unfortunately hear about violence within the black community, we should never, ever, have to hear about the people who are sworn to protect everyone, singling black people out and killing them.  Their job is to protect, not kill.  Most cops are good.  But there is obviously a problem and it's not isolated.  Just like the black community needing to look within, the police community needs to hold itself accountable as well.

I don’t think Africans immigrate to the USA anymore. They are just plain Americans.
