Favouritism?

My sister is quite bossy towards my parents and because she is an adult they can’t discipline her, when i witness my sister bossing my parents and making them give her money i try everything i can to make my parents happy - they just take out their anger on me? It’s like they're cross with my sister but blame me... I try ask them about it and get told to shut up, any ideas on how i can get them to listen to me?

Well, first you can't make your parents happy. They are either miserable or they are content.  that's up to them.

And if your sister manipulates them, whose fault is that?  It's your parents' fault.  Your parents don't have to put up with one of their children being bossy and begging for money if they don't want to... even if it's an adult child.  But your sister must have great manipulation tactics?  It's your parents' fault not your sister's.

Why put yourself into the middle.  You can't control the (stupid) things your parents do to themselves.  Let it go and ignore it.\

What type of "discipline" do you propose your parents use?  They can either say "no" or kick her out.  They have control over the situation.

Unless they have dementia, they are CHOOSING to let her get her way, not good, but they have chosen.  There is NOTHING you can do. So stop trying, just let it be.

They are under no obligation to listen to you. You are under no obligation to protect them from your sister.
