Can a dermatologist report me for my extreme body mods?
I am into scarification and I do my own.
Many people have mistaken it for self harm but i am not a sad person. I do not want to end it or hurt myself at all. Im actually very happy.
Anyways, i need to go to a dermatologist to have a mole checked. There are fresh scars all over my thighs.
Will they report me even if i tell them its just body mod scarification i do at home?

It depends. How old are you?
My guess is that if you are a legal adult, there is no one to report you to. First, there is the issue of doctor-patient confidentiality, so he would have to suspect that you are a serious threat to yourself in order to say anything. Then assuming he thinks that, he reports you to some sort of counselor. But if you are a legal adult, you have the right to refuse treatment.
If you are not an adult, it's a different story.
