My HP 4520 printer says validation failed over and over, idk what to do and I've tried reconnecting it.?
I've used this laptop and printer before multiple times this just happened after I changed the ink cartridge.

Take out the cartridge you just installed. Get a clean piece of tissue and use that to clean the gold electrical contacts. Do the same with the counterpart contacts inside the printer. Be careful not to leave any lint inside. Reinstall the cartridge.
If the problem persists, uninstall the printer's driver (all of them if there is more than one) then reinstall from the CD (the one that came in the box with the printer). If you already lost that one, download from HP's official website. If that still does not work, it's time to bring the printer to HP's service center.
