Implantation bleeding is a few DROPS of blood that would never require a pad or tampon and would never last for seven days.
Missing the period is the next REAL symptom of pregnancy (but you aren't pregnant because you had seven days of bleeding - that is a period - not implantation bleeding)
At about seven days after implantation, you should have enough pregnancy hormones to get a positive pregnancy test.
If implantation has happened - then the pregnancy hormones start to build. The next set of pregnancy symptoms after missing a period depends on how your body reacts to pregnancy hormones. Every woman is different and every woman reacts differently to pregnancy hormones. Some get morning sickness - some don't. Some get moody - some don't. Some cry over nothing - some don't. There is no one set of pregnancy symptoms that matches up to every single woman.
But - you had SEVEN DAYS OF BLEEDING - you are not pregnant.
