Who in the Nazi leadership (the inner circle around Hitler) was fluent in English?

Do we know who of the 'inner circle' around Hitler was fluent in English? I don't seem to find this info on Wikipedia or Google search;

    To 'Sir Caustic'. Ha ha very funny. Well, I did it because I wanted to limit the answer. You could say that the leadership was made up of over 200 people (incl the leader for Hitler Jugend, the leader for Nazi nurses, th leader for Nazi postal workers etc) and that is why I said 'inner circle, but point taken...
