Is it possible to have concussion without visible external injury?

I bumped my head pretty hard but there's no visible bump. An hour later I felt like vomiting and I ran out to get some air. I've felt better after getting some air but I still feel sick, pressure in head and I got a bit higher temperature. Or am I just sick?

    That sounds like concussion. It happens with no visible bump. You should get checked by a doctor or hospital right away.

    Yup, bump then dizzy/nausea sounds like a concussion to me.
