What is the best form of cardio?

I have three different kinds of cardio I can do in my area based on what I own and wear I live. What would be best to do running/jogging, jump rope or cycling?

I do have 7km trail right next to my house that I use either jogging or cycling and a good place to do jump rope. I really do want to find some kind of cardio that I could do daily. I have found that I could do jump rope for as long as needed/I set for myself. I found that if I cycle the trail I can do it in around 45 min but if I jog the trial it would take me anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours. I have only walked the trail and found that i defindinally do it in 2hrs then. Please let me know what your thoughts are thanks

Update:

I am actually trying to get in shape and lose weight which is my primary goal and then second would be fitness

The "best" depends in part on what your goals are. WHY are you doing cardio? Fat loss? Fitness? Training for some sport or event? ANY of those are fine, in general, and rotating through all of them would provide variety (less chance of getting bored doing the same thing all the time).

Depends on your goals, but anything you will actually do is better than anything that you actually won't.  You also probably have access to the internet, which means you also have access to hundreds for free YouTub videos for all types of cardio workouts.

Running and jumping rope are high impact, so you also have to determine if that is a problem for your knees and ankles.
