Wouldn't it be humiliating/embarrassing to become a social media celebrity and gain fame if the person is known for being a peeping tom or a pervert?

    I'm not sure how you could do that.  Voyeurism is illegal.  If you posted videos you'd taken of people who didn't know they were being filmed, and masturbated to them or made sexual comments on the video -- well, the videos would not only be taken down, your real name would be given to the police, and you'd be arrested.

    If you merely described your activities, it's still possible that complaints to the site owner would result in your being banned. Some site administrator might still report you to the police in your area. They might not be able to arrest you without material evidence, but they could start keeping an eye on you.
