Feeling sick while working out?
I love the gym and usually spend about 2 hours 6 days a week there. I have a mix between cardio and strength training. The past 3 weeks though I always feel sick and feel like I’m going to pass out after only 30 min in. I’ve tried not eating for a few hours , I’ve tried eating protein before hand, I’ve tried going as soon as I wake up , and I’ve tried not drinking water while exercising( I’m always well hydrated) I am slightly anemic but I’ve been taken supplements and it’s never really been a problem before. This is making the place I look forward to not fun anymore, any tips ?
