Extreme fatigue and losing senses?

Hi, I know this is a long shot but I need help because I have no access to a doctor. I’ve noticed extreme weakness in my body. Walking becomes a chore. My body feels painful to the touch, tender almost. I’ve also noticed extreme temperature water feeling like nothing to me. Hot water doesn’t really feel hot, it feels warm. Cold water also feels kinda warm. I’m not sure what is going on with me and I’ve felt like this for a while, however i feel like im having a bad “flare up” of body pain and tenderness.
