When should I take serious mass supplement?
I am 19 years old. 5'11 and 161 lbs. My goal is to gain 20 lbs. Should I take this product every single day or only on training days (after workout)? I also want to get visible abs and do you have any idea how much cardio I should do to burn the fat? Thankful for answers!

You don't need ANY supplements, pills or powders.
1. If you want to gain muscle, lift weights or do bodyweight exercises and eat more protein.
2. If you want to gain fat, eat more calories, particularly carbs.
3. If you want to get defined abs, you have to do ab and core workouts that target all the muscles.
4. If you want to lose fat, you need to be in a calorie deficit (consume less that you use.)
Because of your age, I'd suggest you try to eat a super healthy diet. This would include lots of vegetables, quality protein, good fats from stuff like avocado, walnuts, and olive oil, and smaller amounts of carbs. Cut out sweets, junk food, fast food, soft drinks, fruit juice, and highly processed foods.
If you work out at least 3X/week, you should eat about 2000 calories/day to drop a little fat and still fuel your muscle growth and your brain. You could even go up to 2,500 and focus first on cardiovascular fitness and muscle development. In a couple of months.
Your BMI is on the higher end of the "normal" range, so your don't need to drop too much fat. Also, don't focus on your weight. Focus on your strength, endurance, and measurements.
Cardio uses calories, but it won't necessarily burn stored fat if you aren't in a calorie deficit. How much exercise depends on the intensity of the workout.
If you have $15 to spend per month, consider subscribing to BeachBodyOnDemand. You can check out programs like Insanity Max 30 (no equipment required) or #BMF, or any of the other programs.
If you can't do that, just look on YouTube for HIIT workouts, full body workouts, and ab/core workouts. Follow the instructor that you like and workouts you enjoy. If you workout consistently over a couple of months, you will see positive results.
