You file a Police Report. You could sue (if the statute hasn't expired in your State), but suing won't get him "put in jail." Proof is going to be difficult.

Find out what the statute of limitations in that jurisdiction, and talk to a lawyer, Find out if a civil suit or criminal charges would be a better idea.

If you are rich, have some clout, you might be able to do something about it. If he is rich, has some clout and you don't, you'll be buried unless others come out on your side or he leans to the right. If it's just a regular joe verse regular jane. He said she said and nothing will probably come out of it.

You talk to the police. Of course it will be harder to prove than if you had reported it at the time.
