Stomach issues after covid ?

I had covid 3 weeks ago and I returned to the gym yesterday, today I’m not feeling well, I have diarrhea and stomach cramps and bloating, I overall just don’t feel good, is this a normal occurrence after recovering from covid or is it unrelated? My diet didn’t change at all.

Even if your diet is the same, you might have eaten tainted food. Consider tossing our likely culprits and switching to a bland diet. As this happened nearly after recovery, it might well be unrelated. Your Dr might be of help if it continues. I was equally sick this morning not related to Covid at all. It does happen.

As this subcategory is more about diet & exercise, and not disease, I think you may get more help in the Infectious Diseases subcategory. I haven't seen any posts here from people recovering from COVID.
