Why when I look on here, most of the questions are from 7-10 years ago? Some are recent, but a majority are not. ?

Because you are in the "Discover" questions is why. Yahoo decided over 15 years ago to make that the default setting for YA. The recent questions are the "Answers" questions. Look just above the question list. If "Discover" is in bold font, left click or tap "Answers."

Make sure you are looking under the Answer tab and not the Discover tab if you want to see the most recent questions.
