How is anyone getting into the Kingdom of heaven a DEAD spirit not QUICKENED back to life by His POWER after Holy Spirit baptism?

The gospel is God's power to save, Romans 1:16. Because the repentant sinner knows that he is lost and is in need of a savior. He learns that he needs to believe in Jesus' lordship (John 8:24), then confesses His sonship, (Matt. 10:32), and is baptized into Christ, into His death, (Rom. 6:1-5), where he is then "clothed with Christ", (Gal. 3:27), Acts 2:38, and the Lord adds him to the church, (Acts 2:47) Compare Matt. 16:18 and 1 Cor. 15:1-4. This is the sequence and the scope of salvation's plan.
