How long can creme fraiche last inside the fridge past it’s expiry date?

    until you see mold on it.

    The expiry date for foods is actually the BEST-BEFORE date. But when it comes to dairy products, they usually go bad after the best-before date.  Don't use them.

    I'd probably keep it for a week past its date,  no longer.

    Until it turns too sour or green to eat... It's like cream or sour cream. Eyeball it.

    1. it is not an expiration date it is a best by, use by or freshest by date. 

    Use it until it develops mold or an off color
