Non-Filers and third stimulus?

I've never made enough money to have to file because I've only worked part-time and attended school full-time. Can I still file taxes even though I didn't make enough to be required to file? Will filing taxes be all I have to do?

You can file at any income level, even $0.

If you are alive, you can still file, even if you made no money.  The only two requirements to be able to file are that you must have been born before the end of the year and you must not have died before the beginning of the year.  If you were alive for any part of the year, even just a few seconds, you can file for that year.

There is no longer anyone alive in the world who cannot file (other than babies who weren't yet born when the year began).  There used to be one person who could not file, and that was only because he had been kidnapped and was being held hostage by terrorists who wouldn't let him file.
