how bad is it when i hit my head? ?
i have diagnosed autism and ocd. i have meltdowns daily sometimes lasting hours.
in these meltdown i hit, smack, punch and use objects against my head. often i end um with a sore to touch scalp.
these hits can go until i have an immediate headache. whats the damage i could be causing??
