Can I trust a Moroccan guy? ?

We’ve been talking online *only* as long distance. He’s 22, I’m 23. Looks-wise we’re equal. He became very into me, complimenting me endlessly, told me I was his soulmate, we talked non-stop for hours sometimes, I was waking up to good morning messages & got goodnight texts also. He told me that he was falling for me, I was developing feelings also but he was rushing things so I blocked him. He then created 3 fake accounts to try to get me back and messaged my sister but she blocked him also. I unblocked him to explain my reasoning and he was really upset but he said that talking to me turns him on. He always wanted to be with a foreign girl & I’ve always been attracted to foreign guys but I have trust issues.
