Should I give the stimulus I received to the two dependents I claimed?

It is your money since you supported them.  

It is completely up to you to determine if you think it is fair to let them have it or if it is better to use it for something else or even for yourself.  After all, you probably gave up some personal items due to paying for supporting them.

No one can make you give it to them.  If it was "rightfully their money", then the government would have issued it to them.  

You can do whatever you want with it.

Its rightfully YOUR money.  If they need it more than you do, would be nice of you to give them some of it, but you don't have to.
