No.  Millions of people do not use the internet; probably billions actually.  But before giving up on life, consider asking Jesus to be your Lord and Savior.  He helped me in a time of crisis.  Please read the New Testament for more information.  I suggest starting with the Gospel of John.

people who complain about being bullied are usually just upset that no one will agree with their silly ideas and ideals.

so instead of realizing or admitting they MIGHT just be wrong, they try to blame the REST of the world.

because they are so stuck in their own mindset, that "there is NO WAY that I could be wrong, because my intentions are good..."

but they never realize that that doesn't matter. wars are started by people who believe that they are "doing what is right, true, and just"...

Yeah, "Mean People Suck"...that used to be a popular bumper sticker, but I haven't seen it in years.... but yeah, retiring from the Internet would probably improve the quality of your life immensely. I'm guessing I'm quite a bit older than you having grown up when people still used huge, heavy corded telephones in their homes, personal computers did not exist, cars didn't have emission controls and used unleaded gas, I could go into a store and buy smokes when I was like 14 years old,   and obviously no Internet existed (I actually remembered reading a lot of these things called "books", since I was apparently the victim of undiagnosed Aspergers which was pretty unheard of at the time, and felt safer living in books than amongst my 'fellow' human beings)  but having lived THEN and being alive NOW....I can tell you that in a lot of ways life WAS a lot better back then (at least if you were Caucasian, if you know what I mean)... it's not just a cliche...and things were definitely less complicated before a lot of this highly intrusive techological sh*t so conducive to cyber-bullying existed.

In my own case later on in life, for example, I can honestly say the Internet played a big part in my divorce and has messed up my life in countless other ways and maybe improved it only negligibly on the balance sheet.  And if it wasn't for the fact that I happen to be a father and feel obligated to carry around a cellphone in case there was an emergency with my son, for example, I would be just as happy to throw that little piece of addictive, intrusive, lobotomizing, sometimes traumatizing, eyesight-ruining technology in Long Island Sound next time I go to the beach to go rollerblading....an activity during which I make sure to leave my cellphone in the car so as not to contaminate the zen-like quality of the experience of flying around with little wheels under my feet...and yet I STILL see people walking along this same beach on a beautiful day with the waves gently lapping at the shore and the seagulls wheeling overhead, or riding around on skateboards or bicycles with...yes... their eyes GLUED to their friggin' cellphones. Just as bad a heroin addiction in some ways. Unreal. Yeah, give it a whirl. Dump it for awhile. See if there's a difference. And even if you can't (how many of us really can for THAT long, I'm mean we're on the Internet now, right?) at the very least take a vacation from all the mean, superficial, 'little' people with ugly souls out there...maybe a permanent one. Your sanity will thank you.

    I'd say it's a marker for sanity.

No, you're not a bad guy. It is your decision. However, keep in your mind that Internet is a right, both for bullies and bullied ones. Don't you ever feel chased by anyone.
