NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
Take a look at the coffee area, now just imagine that but GREASE.
I've wanted to do things like that at my jobs, but for whatever reason, people just don't clean up after themselves, it will be a HUGE mistake and piss you off.
Not sure how many people work where you do.
If you have a partner who doesn't do their dishes, think of that multiplied by like 100+

Uhh NO. The grill would be banned, you would doubtless be reprimanded and quite possibly discharged. That's tempting a flurry of vegan/vegetarian wrath.

A) It is bound to be stolen
B) If it isn't stolen, everyone is going to use it to cook all manner of nastiness including that weirdo who will try to heat his canned ravioli in it.
C) That weirdo I just mentioned never washes his hands when he is finished in the bathroom.
Still think this is a good idea?

I would take one to work to cook fresh fish at lunchtime-just to 'entertain' the other workers with the smell.

If It's permissible and you have enough time on your lunch, sure, why not? Maybe you can even irritate a vegetarian!

It depends where you work and what the rules are. You also have to clean it and hope if others use it, they will clean it, which is doubtful.

No, someone may steal it or object to the smell. Cook it at home and heat it in the microwave. I wouldn't want to smell meat cooking at my workplace.
