What temperature and how long to bake flatbread? ?

    You can 'cook' flatbread on a lightly oiled skillet, you can keep an 'eye' on it and it usually 'puffs' up more.

    Depends on how you are cooking it. Oven is one way, flat top is another way. Naan is cooked in a variety of ways.
