China torturing Christians into renouncing Christianity... Is it ok because it's just part of Cultural Norms of Communist China?

Just like how it's a Cultural Norm to have the Klan exist in the South? Or segregation?  You tout diversity, freedom of choice, gays are born into it, blah blah blah, put you pat China on the back.. why is that little Hitler?

Reports Indicate 'Mental Torture' Befalling Christians at Chinese 'Transformation Facilities'

The Chinese Communist Party is allegedly rounding up Christians and subjecting them to torture if they refuse to renounce their faith.

According to Radio Free Asia, a Christian in Sichuan’s southwestern province was detained in a facility run by the CCP’s United Front Work Department and the state security police. The source, who asked only to be identified as Li Yuese, said that he was held there for ten months after a 2018 raid on his church.

The CCP reportedly enforces “tight controls” over its citizens’ religious practices. Underground “house churches,” which do not ascribe to the CCP-approved version of Christianity, are often raided by police and religious bureau officials.

Let me quote from Christian Solidarity Worldwide, who are trying to help a Chinese lady, Zhang Zhan, a Wuhan whistleblower; she's also a Christian human rights defender in China. "In early February 2020, Zhan travelled to Wuhan, the epicentre of the COVID-19 outbreak. She went there on a mission: to report on the pandemic and ask some very difficult questions... On May 14 Zhan was taken away from her hotel room and placed in a detention centre in Shanghai. She spent over seven months there, during which time her health deteriorated drastically.

"On 28 December Zhan was eventually tried and sentenced to four years in prison, charged with 'picking quarrels and provoking trouble' - a charge that is regularly levelled at Chinese lawyers, activists and journalists...

"In a conversation with one of her lawyers in December... she said that she felt convicted by her Christian faith to do what she thought was right... Her lawyer also explained that, since her arrest, Zhan has prayed regularly for God to forgive the sins of others; for those who've wronged her and those who've been trying to conceal the truth. She told one of her lawyers, 'I will keep praying and pondering over God's words'.

"Since her trial in December, Zhan is no longer allowed to see her lawyers or members of her family - though the authorities have claimed that this is due to the pandemic. Her parents have been under surveillance, and the lawyer who defended Zhan has been disbarred.

"Its possible that we won't hear anything about Zhan's wellbeing for some time." This is totally NOT okay!

Do you have some kind of evidence that China is torturing Christians into renouncing Christianity?  Because according to the Chinese people I know, Christianity is practiced freely and openly there.  China is persecuting Muslims right now, but not Christians.  This sounds like another Christian lie promoting US jingoism.

That's because we are in the final days.

DEMOCRATS have been doing the same thing for years.

And the CCP owned and operated CDC is STILL restricting religious gatherings while criminals, rioters, and illegals will all manner of diseases are permitted to be arm in arm without masks by the HUNDREDS.

Please don't overlook the fact that repressive measures are also being taken against many Muslims in China. And it is political culture at work, not cultural norms. Wang Zuo'an, Director of the State Administration for Religious Affairs is to start a database of church leaders from 1 May, listing all those authorized by the state to perform religious ministry, who have sworn to "love the motherland, support the leadership if the Communist Party of China, support the socialist system' etc. All religious leaders will be given an ID number and the database will also store 'basic information of religious personnel'.

The new rules demand that churches and other religious organizations conduct a formal assessment of their leaders and use this to apply "rewards and punishments" which will also be recorded on the database. Under Article 21 of the new measures, churches must cancel the qualifications of a minister if they are "advised" to do so by Chinese government officials. Articles 47 & 48 confirm that pastors and churches that don't stick to these rules will be penalized, even including criminal prosecution.

A renowned campaigner for Christian freedom in China, Bob Fu, received death threats and was hounded out of his home in Texas, USA, so this campaign is not confined to China! He said, "The goal is clear: to silence my voice for freedom in China and destroy the ministry of China Aid." Of course none of this is okay, neither is anything to do with the KKK okay either.
