Yahoo Answers isn't shutting down?

I read on Time Magazine that Dwayne The Rock Johnson donated 9million to keep Yahoo Answers afloat, is this true or am I being fooled?

    Yes as of May 4,2021 Yahoo Answers will be Closing Down for Good Its True

    You can Read the Annoucement from Yahoo herehttps://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN35642.htmlHowever Yahoo Answers wont take any New Questions or Answers as of April 20 so Before the Official ShutDown they will Stop taking new Questions or Answers
