Is 'shirtless' a standard word?
For instance, would it be correct:
"He walks shirtless all day at home."

Yes, but we'd say, "He walks AROUND shirtless all day at home."

It is fine. What seems strange is that someone should walk all day when they are at home, regardless of their déshabillé.

Yes, it's a standard word but your sentence is oddly phrased.
"He is shirtless all day at home" would be better.
