Blackmail is illegal, and for all you know he might have an arrangement. You're basically setting yourself up to get sacked/fired (which is what's going to happen; it's your word against theirs and you've outed yourself as a rat).

Sure, then he calls the cops and has you arrested, you get buttraped in prison, and he continues to bang his secretary. You could just tell his wife and ruin him.
