He tricked me into dismissing the divorce and now he is trying to control me by keeping me out of the house and away from our son and my son's school. Their is an order against me that he never served until last month but he filed it in June. The emergency order allows him to have the right to kick me out when he wants.

After being separated for 3 years I want to learn to trust him. He is emmotionally abusive and controlls everything. He makes plans and breaks them all the time. I don't have acces to his money ( I am a stay at home mom of a 4 year old ) and he wont let me do stuff w/o my son. If I am out he texts me constantly.
